NTM 43/21 Assets Condition Survey Project Update 8

Further to NTM 14/21, mariners are advised that CMAL will be conducting an asset condition survey of the facilities at the location listed below that is operated primarily in support of lifeline ferries.

The survey will be conducted by engineers operating from a small workboat. Works should be completed within one day and will not disrupt scheduled ferry services.

Weather permitting, the survey is scheduled to be undertaken on or about the indicated date.

25/05/21       Argyll, West Loch Tarbert, Kennacraig Ferry Terminal

The workboat will maintain VHF communication on channel 16 and liaise with ferry masters and the local port manager.

Mariners navigating near to Kennacraig Ferry Terminal on this date are requested to do so with caution, regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash and stay well clear of the workboat.
