NTM 41/14 Brodick Ferry Terminal, Isle of Arran Jack-Up Barge Operations – UPDATE

Mariners are advised that in continuation of NTM 32/14, Fugro Seacore Ltd have now been contracted to undertake ground investigation works using a jack-up barge to drill eight exploratory boreholes within an area adjacent to Brodick Ferry Terminal, Isle of Arran.

Weather permitting, the works are are programmed to commence on Monday 21st July and details are as per attached Fugro Seacore Ltd NTM C1655.

Please note there will be a 750m exclusion zone around the jack-up barge for all vessels except those authorised by prior arrangement or directly connected with the works.

All vessels should avoid approaching Brodick Pier from an easterly direction.
