Ardrossan Fender Replacement Works
Mariners are advised that fender replacement works on the Arran berth and Winton Pier are due to start after the last ferry sailing on the evening of 6th September 2025. Works are expected to take approximately six weeks.
Therefore, from the evening of the 6th September, both the Arran Berth and the Winton Pier will be closed to all vessels whilst this NTM remains active.
There is also scope for other works to be conducted during this closure on both pier faces and decks.
Work will be conducted from both the quay side and water using vehicular machinery and divers.
Mariners navigating in the vicinity of both berths during this time are requested to do so with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash.
Unless otherwise promulgated, if this NTM is still marked as ‘Active’ it is still in force.
