DIVING OPERATIONS
Mariners are advised that starting on Monday 5th February 2024 divers will be conducting a seabed and structure survey around the North and South berths of Scalasaig Pier, Colonsay Ferry Terminal, Isle of Colonsay. The works are estimated to last one week and information on the dive area can be found from the picture below.
The dive operation should not impact on the scheduled ferry timetable and the dive supervisor will maintain a radio watch on VHF CH 12/16.
Mariners navigating in the vicinity of Colonsay Ferry Terminal during this time are requested to do so with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash.
