Mariners are advised that on 01 September 2021, a dive project will be undertaken on CalMac ferry MV Loch Shira while the vessel is on its overnight berth within the inner harbour at Largs Ferry Terminal, Largs Bay, Firth of Clyde.

The dive will commence about 21:00hrs and will conclude some hours later.

Divers will be working from the pier structure and will maintain VHF communication with any nearby vessels on channels 12 and 16. An A-Flag will always be displayed when divers are in the water but may be difficult to see in the low light conditions.

For the safety of the divers, mariners are advised that Largs inner harbour will be closed to all vessel movements from 20:45 on 01 September until approximately 05:00 the following morning.
