Mariners are advised that contractors Aspect Land & Hydrographic Surveys Ltd will be undertaking a hydrographic survey of the CMAL harbour area at Largs Harbour, Largs Bay, Firth of Clyde.

The survey is planned to be undertaken from a small workboat, Coastal Sensor II and weather permitting works are scheduled to commence on 20 October 2022 and last for two days.

The survey team supervisor will monitor VHF Channel 16 and will liaise with the port supervisor and Masters of the CalMac ferries to ensure there is no disruption to scheduled ferry services.

All vessels navigating in the vicinity of the above named location on the days indicated are advised to do so with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash accordingly.
