Mariners are advised about 17:00hrs on 5 January 2023, a dive inspection of the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry MV Hebrides will be conducted while the vessel is berthed at Tarbert Ferry Terminal, East Loch Tarbert, Isle of Harris. The dive will be in the vicinity of the stern of the vessel.

Works are scheduled to be completed within a few hours and will be undertaken from the linkspan and shore.

An A-Flag will be displayed when divers are in the water. The dive supervisor will also maintain VHF communication on channels 12 and 16 and liaise with the ferry master and local port supervisor.

Mariners navigating within East Loch Tarbert and near to the ferry terminal during this time are requested to do so with caution, regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash and stay well clear of the MV Hebrides.
