KING’S COUNSEL APPOINTED

CMAL lawyers Addleshaw Goddard have appointed Mr Barry Smith KC, a specialist in regulatory prosecutions from Compass Chambers in Edinburgh, to conduct an independent investigation of the procurement process for hulls 801 and 802.  We are unable to comment further while this investigation is ongoing.
