CMAL seeks market feedback on proposed Port Infrastructure Supplier Frameworks
Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL) is inviting prospective suppliers to provide feedback on proposed framework arrangements being developed through its Port Infrastructure Supplier Engagement Strategy (PISES).
Over the past year, CMAL has undertaken supplier engagement activities to better understand how future procurement opportunities can be structured to support effective project delivery. Feedback received during this process has informed the development of two proposed multi-lot frameworks covering a range of technical and contractor services.
As the project moves into its next phase, CMAL is seeking further market feedback before progressing to the tender stage. We welcome responses from organisations that have participated in previous engagement activities, as well as those who are becoming involved for the first time.
We would particularly welcome views on:
- which framework lots may be of interest to your organisation;
- whether the proposed framework structures meet market needs;
- any barriers to participation; and
- opportunities to improve the proposed arrangements.
