Mariners are advised that, weather permitting a dive survey of Coll Ferry Terminal Pier, Loch Eatharna, Isle of Coll will commence on 26 November 2020.

Works to inspect the pier area and linkspan lifting dolphins will be conducted from the pier structure and flag A ‘Diving Operations’ will be displayed at all times when divers are in the water. While the A Flag is displayed the pier will be closed to berthing by all vessels and the dive supervisor will maintain communication as required via VHF radio channel 16 throughout the dive project.

Work is expected to be completed within 2-days and will not impact on scheduled ferry services.

All vessels navigating in the vicinity of Coll Ferry Terminal during this time are requested to do so with caution, maintain a lookout for the dive team and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash accordingly during the period of the survey.
