NTM 42/15 Dive Project at Portavadie Ferry Slipway, Loch Fyne

Mariners are advised that on Thursday 6th August 2015, GSS (Plant) Ltd is undertaking a dive project to inspect Portavadie Ferry Slipway, Loch Fyne.

To ensure there is no disruption to scheduled ferry services diving operations are planned to be undertaken between sailings. At all times operational working areas will be appropriately marked using Flag A “Diving Operations”. The dive team supervisor will liaise with the Harbour Manager and ferry Skippers and will monitor VHF channel 16.

All vessels navigating in the vicinity of Portavadie Ferry Slipway are advised to do so with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash accordingly.
