NTM 46/19 – FISH QUAY SLIP FENDER REPAIR WORKS

Mariners are advised that weather permitting, on 31 August 2019 contractor Alchemy will be conducting essential fender repairs at the Fish Quay slip at Oban South Pier.

Contractors will be operating from a small workboat and the work is expected to be completed on or around 7 September 2019.

The contractors supervisor will maintain liaison with the CalMac Harbour manager and will monitor VHF channels 12 and 16 throughout the periods of the works.

During this time vessels operating in the vicinity of Oban pier are requested to maintain a look out for the workboat and navigate with caution to minimise any wash.
