CMAL provided project update:-

• Reminder of works – re-fendering, refurbishment of linkspan, concrete repairs to pier head, dredging.
• Fender design is complete and fender manufacture will re-start shortly;
• Construction contract has been reviewed with re-price submission;
• Contract award next 2-3 weeks;
• Building works are on-going – completion July – going well;
• Investment £6m;
• Port closure program 1st week October;
• Construction duration 5 months.
