NTM 39/15 Wemyss Bay Ferry Terminal Linkspan and Fender Inspection

Mariners are advised that contractors NG Builders Ltd and consultants will be conducting an inspection of Wemyss Bay Ferry Terminal pier fenders and linkspan structure on Thursday 9th July 2015.

The inspection will be undertaken from a workboat which will operate around and under the structure.

The contractor supervisor will monitor VHF Channel 16 and will liaise with the Port Manager and Master of the CalMac Ferry to ensure there is no disruption to scheduled ferry services.

All vessels navigating in the vicinity of Wemyss Bay Ferry Terminal are advised to do so with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of wash accordingly.
