A project has been set up to consider what the potential onshore requirements might be of an offshore wind farm off Tiree.

As the harbour owner and Harbour Authority, CMAL are pleased to contribute to this important exercise

Kilcreggan Steps

CMAL is continuing to monitor the condition of the Kilcreggan Steps at Gourock. If during monitoring we believe they have become unsafe, they will be closed and alternative access and berthing facilities will be agreed with the operator.

NTM 14/12: Lochboisdale Ferry Terminal, South Uist - Sector Light Positioning Trials

Mariners are advised that following a recent meeting between CMAL and stakeholders with regard to a sector light aid to navigation currently located at Lochboisdale Ferry Terminal, South Uist it has been agreed that the light may not currently be in the optimal position to provide guidance to mariners transiting the area and approaching or departing the pier
