Mariners are advised that essential maintenance works to the pierhead at Largs will be
commencing week beginning 27/05/13 for a period of 5 days.

A project has been set up to consider what the potential onshore requirements might be of an offshore wind farm off Tiree.
As the harbour owner and Harbour Authority, CMAL are pleased to contribute to this important exercise

Second hybrid ferry launches on the Clyde

A cutting edge ferry, which is the second of two unique ‘hybrid’ vessels, was launched on the Clyde today at Ferguson's shipyard in Port Glasgow. The ferries are being built following a Scottish Government investment worth over £20 million, which has continued the proud heritage and tradition of shipbuilding on the Clyde.

Mariners are advised that CMAL have contracted Shearwater Marine Services Ltd to undertake dive surveys of the Oban Railway Pier and South Pier, Oban Bay.
