MVA Consultancy has been appointed to work with local communities and stakeholders after CMAL was instructed by the Scottish Government to commission a STAG appraisal to review access options for Lismore. Now that the tendering process is complete and consultants are in place, a more detailed project plan will be prepared and suitable consultation meetings with all stakeholders will be organised.

Public exhibitions are to be held in Largs and Millport next week as work to provide a new pier at the popular seaside resort is expected to get underway shortly. Detailed plans and a model of the new pier will be on display at the Vikingar Centre, Largs on 25th September from 2pm - 7pm.
