CMAL has been made aware that a mains sewerage pipe has failed in the vicinity of Tobermory Ferry Terminal, Isle of Mull, which has resulted in some minor discharge into the water surrounding the terminal.

Although full responsibility for the incident and repair rests solely with Scottish Water, CMAL will closely monitor progress and make a further statement in due course if required.

We must stress that there is no adverse impact on ferry services from the terminal.
