Mariners are advised that NG Builders will continue minor alterations
to the roundhead section of Kennacraig Ferry Terminal pier.
The repair works will be undertaken on 23rd & 24th August 2012
and will consist of completing the relocation of the access ladder on
the south pier face, works being undertaken predominantly from the pier
deck utilising a counterbalance floor crane & basket. A safety RIB
will also be in attendance.
All works will be undertaken between arrivals of the scheduled ferry services causing no disruption to the service.
All vessels navigating in the vicinity of Kennacraig Ferry Terminal must
do so with caution and regulate their speed to minimise the effects of
wash accordingly.
