Tony Graham has resigned his post as a non-executive director of the board of Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited (CMAL) upon appointment as managing director at Cammell Laird Shipbuilders Limited.

Tony Graham joined the CMAL board in July 2017 for a three-year term.  However, after taking on a senior management role at the Liverpool shipyard in November 2018, Mr Graham stepped down immediately from the CMAL board to focus on his new appointment.

Erik Østergaard, chair of the CMAL board, said:

“On behalf of the board and senior management team at CMAL, I would like to thank Tony for his valuable contribution.  With decades of maritime, engineering and shipbuilding experience and expertise, Tony has provided robust insight and advice during his term on the board.  We wish him well with his new role at Cammell Laird.”
